Our breakfast room is situated on the ground floor, where guests can enjoy a large, varied buffet.
Seasonal fruit, fresh vegetables to prepare centrifuges at will on request. There are also homemade pastries and cakes, fresh bread, organic and non-organic jam, typical Trentino cheese and cured meat, loose and individual yoghurts, various types of milk and fruit juices.
We form part of the Italian Coeliac Association (AIC) and provide a selection of packaged, certified gluten-free products including bread, biscuits, cakes, jam, muesli and juice.
It's also possible to order other dishes on request that we will be happy to prepare fresh for you.
